Roses – Ordering Information and Conditions of Sale

Bareroot orders are shipped in June/July. Please select Rural Delivery option at checkout if applicable. For orders of 20+ please contact us for a shipping quote.

Potted roses are shipped from October onwards. Our website will be restocked with potted roses once our bareroot orders are complete.

All roses are dispatched from our nursery in healthy, saleable condition, and we take great care to ensure they are securely packaged. Refunds or replacements are only offered for plants that are damaged during transit and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. As the care and planting of roses after arrival are beyond our control, we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the plants do not thrive while in your care.

Dahlias – Ordering Information and Conditions of Sale

Dahlia tubers are overwintered in our nursery, and will be shipped in Sept/Oct. Please select Rural Delivery option at checkout if applicable. All our tubers are NZ grown and we carefully inspect tubers at time of lifting and dividing to check quality. We take every effort to ensure our stock is disease free, however please be aware that disease can already be present in your soil and can be transmitted during the growing season. All our tubers are sent with at least one visible eye. Once you receive your dahlias, storage, care and growing is your responsibility. If you have any concerns, please make contact within 48 hours of receipt. As there are so many variables with storing and growing dahlias, please note we will not be refunding or replacing tubers after this time.
